From a single thoughtful gift to a whole batch of party favors, let’s make something that feels like you. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll confirm the design, price, and timing before you pay.
How it works
- Share your idea. Send the product, quantity, size, colors, references, and any event date.
- Get your quote. We’ll confirm what we can make, the total price, shipping, and your schedule. A 50% deposit starts the project once you accept the written terms.
- Make it yours. Review your digital proof. Two revision rounds are included; we’ll quote major changes or extra revisions before doing them.
- Approve, then we create. Production usually takes 7–14 business days after your deposit and final proof approval. Shipping takes additional time. Your remaining balance is due before dispatch.

Current listed options start at $3 for handmade pins and $4 for magnetic bookmarks. These are starting options, not a guaranteed price for every custom design. Size, materials, quantity, artwork preparation, and shipping can change your quote. We’ll show your full price before payment.
What we can make
Custom stickers, magnetic bookmarks, handmade pins, and selected personalized gifts or mystery packs. Ask about phone-case compatibility and other ideas before ordering. We’ll confirm materials, sizes, and availability in your quote.
What we can’t promise
We don’t offer enamel pins through the handmade-pin listing, guaranteed exact screen-to-print color matches, or an event deadline we haven’t confirmed. We can’t reproduce protected logos, characters, or artwork without the necessary rights or permission. Sending a reference image alone does not establish those rights.

Can I order just one item?
Yes. Single gifts and larger batches are welcome. We’ll confirm which size and material options work for your project.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. You’ll receive a digital proof and we’ll wait for your written approval before production. Check names, spelling, layout, size, and design details carefully. Screen colors can differ from printed colors.
How many revisions are included?
Two revision rounds are included. Send changes together in each round. A new design direction or additional revisions may cost extra; we’ll confirm any added charge first.
How do deposits and final payment work?
After you accept the quote and its terms, we request a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due before dispatch. Your quote will explain when work starts, the payment schedule, and cancellation terms.
How long will my order take?
Typical production is 7–14 business days after deposit payment and final proof approval. Shipping time is additional. We’ll confirm your schedule in the quote; waiting for feedback or changing the project can move the timeline.
Can you help with a rush order?
Ask before paying and include the date you need the order in hand. Rush availability and any additional charge must be confirmed in writing; a request alone does not reserve a deadline.
Can I cancel, return, or get a refund on a custom order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Your quote will state the cancellation and refund terms before you pay, including what happens if design or production work has started. If an item arrives damaged or differs from the approved order, email your order number and photos so we can review it. Applicable consumer rights still apply.
Can you make fan art or use a logo I found online?
We can work with original ideas and artwork you own or are authorized to use. We review third-party character and logo requests individually and may decline them if the necessary permission is missing. Personal use is not automatically permission to reproduce protected artwork.
